An accomplished Architect with more than 25 years of professional experience, Sandro Mancini serves as a Partner at Ciccozzi Architecture, helping to guide clients through all project phases. Known as a collaborative team member who is driven to design creative solutions, Sandro joined Ciccozzi Architecture in 2017. At Ciccozzi, he has been leading various residential projects, ranging from Townhouses, 6 Story, and High-Rise developments.

Before joining Ciccozzi Architecture, Sandro worked for several prominent architectural design firms throughout Vancouver, BC and Boston, MA. At these firms, Sandro played an instrumental role on various projects including, but not limited to, academic, civic, and high-end residential builds. He has also been a part of several award-winning teams recognized at various international design competitions. Sandro hails from a family of builders and spent much of his childhood around construction sites. He has always loved to design, draw, and put things together, so architecture was a natural career fit for him. Sandro earned a Bachelor of Architecture (with Distinction) from Carleton University and a Diploma of Technology in Architecture from BCIT. He is a licensed Architect in British Columbia and NCARB Certified.

Shannon Seefeldt brings over 30 years of professional experience along with a passion for great architectural design to her work with Ciccozzi Architecture. Shannon welcomes new opportunities to collaborate with clients and consultant groups on creative design and sustainable solutions for all building types. Thus far in her career, she has played an instrumental role on numerous residential and commercial building projects—everything from multi-family, low-rise, high-rise, user-specific, healthcare, sports/recreation, institutional and beyond. Most recently, Shannon’s focus has been on multi-family residential design, development and construction throughout Vancouver and the lower mainland.

Shannon began her career working in Baltimore, Maryland as an intern architect with Brown Worral and Johnson Architects. She later relocated to Calgary Alberta where she joined Graham Edmunds Architects for four years before joining JPC Architects in Seattle, WA.  Shannon returned to Canada and joined Ciccozzi Architecture in 2006. 

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Montana State University. She is currently registered in Washington State (AIA) and British Columbia (Architect AIBC).

Robert is an award-winning, registered architect with over four decades of professional experience. A respected designer with an eye for detail and context, Robert prides himself on quality work and client satisfaction.

After graduating in 1987 from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Architecture (with Distinction) degree, Robert became an intern architect with Paul Merrick Architects Ltd. There he quickly established himself as a strong team member on various key projects such as City Square at 12th & Cambie and a project leader on The Medical Student and Alumni Centre at 12th & Heather, the Seow Residence in West Vancouver and the Royal Roads Military College Dining Hall in Victoria.

In 1992, Robert established the firm Robert Ciccozzi Architect Ltd. from which he designed and realized the Goodbrand Residence and The Metro’s One and Two. In 1993, Robert Ciccozzi was a founding partner in establishing the firm Ekistics Architecture Inc.  He designed and realized various projects including the Manteo Beach Club, The Clarkson, Bloomfield Gardens, as well as housing and clubhouses in Japan. During this period, Robert was contracted as an architectural consultant for The Resort Municipality of Whistler, responsible for providing reviews and recommendations to the Advisory Design Panel for the majority of buildings in Village North and various projects throughout the resort.

Since 1999, Robert Ciccozzi has been responsible for the growth and vision of Ciccozzi Architecture.
