The brief
Appropriate to its name, Tides at Klahanie exemplifies westcoast motifs through warm brick and timber features. Part of the masterplanned community at Klahanie, this development comprises three four-storey buildings with a total of 164 units. Also onsite is Canoe Club – a 15,000-square-foot amenity building with pool, theatre, terrace, and more. The site is an- chored by a 321-space underground parkade.
