The brief
Located in Port Moody’s award winning and sustainable planning community Suter Brook Village, this new “Class A” office space offers clean lines and simple details to give a modern design. The building is surrounded by amenities and is just minutes from the Evergreen Line – Inlet Centre Station. A roof deck is also provided with stunning views all around. This 9-storey retail/office building features a restaurant, grocery store, financial institutions, as well as office spaces. It is situated above an existing parkade that was completed from previous stages with the adjacent lots; the construction of the tower is concrete, light weight steel and continuous/all around window cladding system with metal sunshades.
