A collection of 42 westcoast craftsman-style townhomes in Burnaby, designed with steeply pitched roofs, covered porches, and private outdoor spaces for family living
The brief
Westcoast craftsman style is the inspiration behind Southpointe, featuring steeply pitched roofs, covered entry porches, heritage wood gables, and brackets & rafter details. Expansive bay windows offer natural light, and private yards, sundecks and patios invite outdoor living. The collection has 42 three-and four-bedroom homes.
