The brief
The first phase of an infill development in South Surrey, the 42-unit property at South Point Walk is designed in a westcoast contemporary style with cedar shingles, heavy timber brackets and arched brick accents. To provide an intimate neighbour- hood feel, the design incorporates wooden gates leading to the homes and communal gardens, as well as a trellised BBQ and seating area with a gas fireplace.
