The brief
Designed in the craftsman style, this project is enhanced by European subtleties and striking finishes – from street level en- trances to brick entry columns with heavy timber detailing. Saffron on the Park features expansive stairways, a large central courtyard, lush landscaping and tree-lined promenades. There is also an elegant water feature at the main entry to the site. The development includes three four-storey buildings with 296 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
