Union is an urban infill project in the Old Town of Victoria comprising two five-storey residential buildings and more than 10,000 square feet of retail fronting. The project included the restoration of the historic Finlayson Building façade and re-creation of the historic midblock pedestrian connection, Theatre Alley.
