Bailey
Bailey represents a sophisticated fusion of West Coast contemporary aesthetics and park-side tranquility. Situated at the gateway to Queen Elizabeth Park on Vancouver’s West Side, this six-storey midrise features a timeless facade of light brick and dark metal accents. To meet the needs of a diverse urban community, we curated 61 homes ranging from efficient studios and one-bedrooms to family-sized three-bedroom suites and exclusive penthouses.
The architectural experience begins in the double-height lobby, where warm wood panelling and stone accents create a refined sense of arrival. A central focus of the design was high-performance sustainability, with the building engineered to meet BC Energy Step Code Level 3. This is achieved through a high-performance envelope featuring triple-glazed windows for superior thermal and acoustic insulation, alongside a state-of-the-art VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system for efficient heating and cooling.
Lifestyle and community are woven into the site through premium shared spaces, including a common rooftop terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen and panoramic views. By balancing these technical innovations with expansive private outdoor spaces, such as the penthouse rooftop decks, we have created a sustainable residential sanctuary that harmonizes with one of Vancouver's most iconic green spaces.
