Located at 1625 Manitoba Street and part of the Vancouver Olympic Village, Millennium Water Parcel 6 features commercial space at ground level with 81 units of market housing and rental accommodations on the upper floors. There is also a public amenity space with pool and gym. Note: Ciccozzi Architecture was a consultant to Merrick Architecture – Borowski Sakumoto Fligg McIntyre Ltd. for this project and is not the Architect of Record.
