Manteo Resort is a 65,480-square-foot hotel with 78 hotel suites and 24 townhouse-style villas, for a total of 32,827 square feet. Inspired by Southwest architecture, the site also has 45,432 square feet of amenity space, including conference facilities, multiple pools, a restaurant, theatre, and retail store.
