Kiwanis Minoru Towers consist of two 16-storey concrete towers with 296 one-bedroom units. There is also a 14,000-square-foot function room with games room, hobby rooms, fitness studio, and hair salon. A resident manager lives onsite, and residents have unlimited access to shared outdoor spaces. The apartments range from 580 to 679 square feet and feature modern kitchens, three-piece bathrooms, and balconies for outdoor living.
Kiwanis Minoru Towers is owned and operated by the Richmond Kiwanis Senior Citizens Housing Society. This community significantly increases the amount of affordable seniors’ housing in the area.
