A masterplanned community in the heart of Burnaby, Brentwood Gate it a multi-phase project including six buildings: Macdonald House (98 units), Carmichael House (71 units), Thomson House (67 units), Jackson House (79 units), Harris House (79 units), and Varley House (60 units). Each house has underground parking. The development was inspired by West Coast architecture and features large timbers, low pitched roofs, and subtle colours.
