- Rooftop Architecture: Over half of the homes at Bexley incorporate spacious rooftop decks (up to 517 square feet), providing homeowners with panoramic views and a private open-air retreat.
- Site Layout: Like the previous phase, Bexley is integrated with the Grandview Ridge Trail, ensuring a seamless connection to the neighborhood’s recreational network.
