Bexley at the Boroughs

Bexley represents the second chapter of The Boroughs master-planned community. While the first phase, Holloway, leaned into traditional neo-Georgian elements, Bexley shifts the architectural dial toward a modern West Coast aesthetic with a distinct emphasis on outdoor living and contemporary curb appeal.
Exterior Design & Form
Bexley’s visual identity is defined by a more modern silhouette, characterized by flat roof conditions that facilitate expansive outdoor spaces.
  • Facade Composition: The 82 three-level residences feature a sophisticated palette of brick and Hardie-panel facades, complemented by wood trims and sleek black window detailing.
  • Rooftop Architecture: Over half of the homes at Bexley incorporate spacious rooftop decks (up to 517 square feet), providing homeowners with panoramic views and a private open-air retreat.
  • Site Layout: Like the previous phase, Bexley is integrated with the Grandview Ridge Trail, ensuring a seamless connection to the neighborhood’s recreational network.
Interior Architecture & Space Planning
The interiors, also curated by the design team, emphasize functional luxury and open-plan living:
  • Spatial Volume: Homes feature nine-foot ceilings on the main living levels, enhancing the sense of airiness within the 1,359 to 1,657 square foot floor plans.
  • Materiality: The design utilizes wide-plank laminate flooring throughout the main levels and spa-inspired bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and polished chrome fixtures.
  • Family-Centric Design: Floor plans are optimized for "next chapter" living, offering 2 to 4-bedroom configurations with flex spaces and full-size appliances.
Amenities & Shared Integration
Residents at Bexley have full access to the broader community's multi-building amenity strategy:
  • The Playroom: Continued access to the flagship 5,747-square-foot facility featuring a multi-use sport court, fitness centre, and theatre.
  • Shared Social Spaces: The development includes a dedicated Community Clubhouse with a party room, lounge spaces, and outdoor communal barbecues.
