The brief
Phase 1 of News Towers encompasses two 14-storey towers and townhomes with 224 units over 180,000 square feet. Phase 2 is News North – a 15-storey tower with 123 units over 104,000 square feet. Exteriors feature state-of-the-art Rainscreen technology and each building has an amenity space. All residences at News Towers also offer unobstructed views of the water, mountains, and city skyline.
