Located on 12 acres in the South Slope district, this low-density development has 90 Craftsman-style townhomes. The heritage McGregor house (circa 1905) has been converted into four apartments and a clubhouse for residents. The original barn was converted into two unique townhomes. The McGregor Townhomes property also has meandering walking & biking trails to invite outdoor activity.
