Holloway represents the inaugural phase of The Boroughs, a multi-generational, master-planned community in South Surrey’s Grandview Heights. The development’s architectural language is a curated blend of Neo-Georgian and West Coast Contemporary styles, intended to evoke a sense of “old-world” nostalgia while meeting modern functional needs.
Exterior Design & Form
The residences are characterized by a refined aesthetic that utilizes Craftsman-style detailing and classic shutters to establish a timeless streetscape.
- Structure: The phase consists of 127 three-level townhomes designed to maximize vertical living space.
- Site Integration: The site plan emphasizes permeability, with a series of internal paths that link directly to the Grandview Ridge Trail, integrating the built environment with the surrounding natural landscape.
