The community is celebrated for its integration of contemporary aesthetics with historical homestead-inspired elements, set on a five-acre site that includes a scenic creekside trail and central green space.
Architectural Style & Design Narrative
The architectural vision for Foundry, is a “modern artisan” aesthetic that pays homage to the land’s history as a family homestead. Key design features include:
- Exterior Features: Sharply pitched rooflines, white brick accents, and overhangs with meticulous metal detailing.
- Materials: A blend of durable Hardi-plank, vinyl siding, and shingles, complemented by black exterior lighting and bespoke window boxes.
- Interiors: Curated by Sara Brown & Co., the interiors feature a bespoke minimalist style with matte black and brushed brass fixtures, nine-foot main floor ceilings, and over-height vaulted ceilings in master bedrooms.
