The brief
Integrating the natural landscape into its design, the Evelyn masterplanned community features 349 single-storey townhomes stepped down along the mountainside. The site and building orientation provides all residents with southern views and sun exposure, with glass walls to make use of natural light and space. Large terraces off each home form the roofs of the units below, creating privacy while maximizing space and function.
