The Charland is a 88-unit condo development in Coquitlam’s Austin Heights neighbourhood. The design features westcoast craftsman style, with large entryway, water feature, and thoughtfully crafted layouts. The four-storey wood frame building is arranged to provide direct views of the Fraser River, Mount Baker or the Gulf Islands.
