Highlighting international-style architecture with contemporary design, Cambridge Park features sleek facades, decorative horizontal metal fins, and flat overhanging rooflines. The 3.5-acre site comprises two four-storey buildings, with 229 units ranging in size from 630 to 880 square feet. Ninety percent of units met the City of Richmond’s adaptable housing guidelines.
