The brief
Coastal contemporary is the inspiration for Boardwalk at Klahanie, with its design drawing parallels to the natural landscapes of its community. Two four-storey wood frame buildings house 150 units, and offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. There is also a courtyard garden and 15,000-squarefoot resort-style club.
