Formerly the home of the Avalon Dairy in the Victoria-Fraserview neighbourhood of Vancouver, the Craftsman-style architecture farmhouse is the inspiration for the design of the 54 additional, 3-storey stacked townhomes allocated to 6 buildings surrounding the heritage farmhouse. Parking (61 stalls) for the town homes is located below grade and is accessed from the lane.
