Located near the intersection of Main Street and Broadway (the heart of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood), Vyaliving is a 6-storey urban infill project in a vibrant and established neighborhood. The project takes advantage of new opportunities for wood frame construction; the 5 residential levels will be constructed of wood over a concrete retail podium. The contemporary design of the project is distinguished by warm wood-panel accents which contrast the clean white forms and oversized windows.
