Mount Boucherie Estate Winery
Located on the slopes above Okanagan Lake in West Kelowna lives Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery. First started as a grape growing business in 1968, Mt. Boucherie soon became one of the largest vineyard holdings in BC.
In 2020, following 20 years of running from a modest tasting room, they decided to open the doors to a brand-new luxurious space. The 15,000 square-foot building features a dining lounge, tasting room and multiple private event facilities with some of the best views in the valley. Additionally, three custom guest homes have been added to the estate property for guest stay. The Summit Home, Contessa Home, and the Solus home.
The new space and homes were designed to reflect the Mt. Boucherie philosophy, taking full advantage of the scenic, lake view setting. The 15,000 sq. ft Experience Centre portrays a modern façade paying homage to the Mt. Boucherie volcano. Extensive windows capable of opening wide, blur the transition from inside to outside and the extensive wraparound balcony leverages the views. A mix of timbers and local rock facing softens the contemporary concrete lines.
